Today

Yesterday went well. I lifted some heavy things and ate according to plan..

Meal 1 was a salad with meat and some fruit.

Meal 2 was a snack of chicken, carrots, and two apples.

Meal 3 was a lot of brined chicken and veggies.

I think I can do that again today (minus the “lift heavy things” bit).
