Good to be back in Maine

Tonight's dinner - we bought the lobsters from Bailey's Lobster Pound in Scarborough. I ate 3 of them with a bunch of butter (pastured cows) and a salad.

Mark,

mouthwatering!!!
a few years ago I visited Halifax and took the nice ride following the Cabot trail. Not only spectacular but would stop at little road/water side restaurants/picnick spots where you would pick your lobster, wait a few minutes and then get served on a paper plate te freshest most delicious lobster you can imagine.
Enjoy your time away!!!

Yeah, that lobster was awesome. So simple - just boiled bug and fresh butter. I was pretty stuffed after 3 of them!
